- Grated/crushed Amul cheese 200gms.
- Boiled mashed Aloo(potatoes) 4
- Bread slice 4-5
- Corn flour 1tbs & tasting powder 1/2 pinch
- Red Mirch powder 1 tbs
- Dhaniya powder 1 tbs
- chopped coriander leaves 1/2 cup
- Ginger & Garlic paste 1/2 tbs each
- Chat masala
- salt
- oil
How to prepare Aloo Cheese Balls
- Firstly grind the bread in mixer.
- Now take a bowl mix well mashed potatoes with grinded bread, corn flour,
- Red mirch & dhaniya powder, garlic & ginger paste, chat masala, salt & chopped coriander leaves, see that well dough of all ingredients is formed.
- Now make small balls of dough.
- After that take a ball press it with hand, see that a plan & thin layer is formed.
- Now fill it with stuffing i.e. our grated cheese & cover it & make ball again.
- Now heat the oil in a pan & shallow fry balls.
- Aloo cheese balls are ready you can serve it with salad or tomato sauce.
