Aloo Cheese Balls

Aloo & cheese both are ingredients which add a delicious taste & liked by all.
Aloo cheese balls are easy to prepare and takes less time.
it can be a good veg starter to add a good taste in any party.

Aloo Cheese Balls
For making Aloo Cheese Balls we require following ingredients:
  1. Grated/crushed Amul cheese 200gms.
  2. Boiled mashed Aloo(potatoes) 4
  3. Bread slice 4-5
  4. Corn flour 1tbs & tasting powder 1/2 pinch
  5. Red Mirch powder 1 tbs
  6. Dhaniya powder 1 tbs
  7. chopped coriander leaves 1/2 cup
  8. Ginger & Garlic paste 1/2 tbs each
  9. Chat masala
  10. salt
  11. oil
 
How to prepare Aloo Cheese Balls

  1. Firstly grind the bread in mixer.
  2. Now take a bowl mix well mashed potatoes with grinded bread, corn flour,
  3. Red mirch & dhaniya powder, garlic & ginger paste, chat masala, salt & chopped coriander leaves, see that well dough of all ingredients is formed.
  4. Now make small balls of dough.
  5. After that take a ball press it with hand, see that a plan & thin layer is formed.
  6. Now fill it with stuffing i.e. our grated cheese & cover it & make ball again.
  7. Now heat the oil in a pan & shallow fry balls.
  8. Aloo cheese balls are ready you can serve it with salad or tomato sauce.

Stuffed capsicum (shimla mirch)

Stuffed Capsicum (Shimla mirch)
Capsicum now a days is used more in every starter items.
It adds a delicious taste to every cook item.
But do you no capsicum is also a good medicine for reducing diseases like heart attack & ulcer.
So let us see a tasty recipe of capsicum by using home made ingredients.

For preparing stuffed Capsicum(Shimla mirch) we need following ingredients:
1) Capsicum 6
2) Boil potatoes mashed 4
3) Chopped onion 1 & cutted round onion
4) Grated carrot 2
5) Fresh green peas 100gms
6) Grated cabbage 1/2 cup
7) Ginger & garlic paste 1/2 tbs each
8) Turmeric powder1/2 tbs
9) Chilly powder1/2 tbs
10)Jeera powder1/2 tbs
11) Dhaniya powder1/2 tbs
12) Dry mango (amchur powder) 1/2 tbs
13) Salt (As per requirement)
14) Oil

How to make Stuffed Capsicum (Shimla mirch):
1) Firstly take oil in a pan, heat it on a low flame, after that add onions & fry
it till it becomes transparent.
2) Now add ginger & garlic paste in pan fry it till it becomes slightly red.
3)After that add tumeric,chilly,jeera,dhaniya,Dry mango powder & salt to it mix it well with onion & paste,heat it on low flame for 1min.
4) Now add mashed potatoes,carrot,peas,cabbage & cook it well, stuffing for capsicum will be ready.
5) Now take the Capsicum (Shimla mirch) wash it well.
6) Cut the tip of capsicum (shimla mirch) remove inside material.
7) After that fill up the capsicum with the stuffing which we have prepared.
8) Now close the tip of capsicum (shimla mirch) with round cutted onion and either shallow fry it or bake in oven.
9) Your hot & tasty Stuffed capsicum (shimla mirch) is ready to serve.

Traditional Indian Paneer Tikka Masala

Paneer Tikka Masala is the traditional Indian tikka masala which is enjoyed by all Indian paneer tikka masala is tasty Indian food & easy to prepare. It takes just 20-30 min to cook. Paneer is also called as Indian cheese; it can be made easily whenever required from milk by just adding lemon, which is available easily.

For preparing paneer tikka masala we need following Ingredients:

1) Paneer or Indian Cheese 250 gm (for around 4-5 people and depends upon diet)
2) Pure ghee / Oil (As per need)
3) Onion 2
4) Tomato 2
5) Ginger and Garlic Paste – 1 Tbsp
6) Coriander Leaves–1Cup
7) Red Chili Powder – 1-1/2 Tbsp (As per need)
8) Everest Paneer Tikka masala–1Tbsp
9) Everest Tandoori masala
10) Salt

Approximate time to prepare: 20 - 30 min

How to cook Paneer tikka masala

      1. Firstly boil 1 tomato & onion for 7-8min and grind it in a mixer grinder with coriander leaves & make paste of it & keep aside
2. Now cut remaining tomato & onion in round slice & keep aside
            3. Now cut paneer in cubes, fry it in pure ghee for4-5 min and put fry pieces in water,due to this paneer cubes will get soften & will add a good taste
           4. Take a pan add ghee ,after ghee becomes hot add ginger & garlic paste, fry it till it becomes reddish then add tomato, onion & coriander leaves paste till ghee comes up fry it. 
     5. After that add paneer tikka masala, red chili powder & little bit of tandoori masala and salt (As per need)
     6. Mix all the ingredients well now add paneer cubes also mix it well, and add water.
           7. Cook it on low flame around 7-8 min.  
     8. Serve the hot dish garnished with coriander.

Traditional Indian kaju curry (cashew nut curry)


Kaju curry is the traditional Indian curry which is enjoyed by all Indian. Kaju curry is tasty Indian food & easy to prepare. It takes just 20-30 min to cook. Cashew nut is highly nutritious& provides substantial amount of energy. Cashew nut has pleasant taste & flavor. It can be eaten raw, fried, curry & sometimes salted or sweetened with sugar. Now we will see how to prepare the kanji curry

For preparing kanji curry (Cashew Nut Curry) we need following Ingredients

  1. Cashew Nuts / Kaju pieces – 100 gems (for around 4 people and depends upon diet)
  2. Mid size onion – 1 Pc
  3. Tomato – 2 Pc
  4. Amul Cheese – 1 Tbsp
  5. Original Ghee – 1 Tbsp
  6. Ginger and Garlic Paste – 1 Tbsp
  7. Red Chili Powder – 1-1/2 Tbsp (As per need)
  8. Turmeric Powder
  9. Coriander Leaves
  10. Salt (As per need)
Approximate time to prepare: 20 - 30 min

How to cook Kaju Curry (Cashew Nut Curry)

  1. First take Kaju / Cashew Nut and put it in a normal water for 5-7 minute
  2. Wash tomatoes with water and clean the whole onion
  3. After that put tomatoes and onion together in vessel and boil it for 7-10 minutes on low flame
  4. Make the paste of boiled tomatoes and onion in mixer grinder and keep it aside
  5. Take ginger, garlic and coriander leaves and grind it in mixer grinder to form a paste
  6. Now remove the Kaju / Cashew Nuts and fry it in a pure ghee and keep it aside
  7. Take a pan, add ghee (Give ghee tadka to )to it then put tomato onion paste garlic, ginger and coriander leaves to it and fry it till it becomes reddish, add the chili and salt as per need
  8. Now add Kaju / cashew nut and mix well all ingredient insuring they blend well, add little water cook it on low flame for around 7-8 minute
  9. Serve the hot dish garnished with Amul cheese and Coriander Leaves
